Our exercise and movement sessions are tailored to each individual’s ability, helping to improve strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

Open to people with any cancer diagnosis, at any stage of treatment or recovery, our sessions welcome all abilities. Whether you are new to exercise or already active, every session is personalised to how the individual is feeling on the day.
