- *Finding a metric or learn about your “normal” vital signs (know your numbers).
- *Together, we tailor an action plan with tools, tricks and hacks that are unique to you getting started towards your Optimal Health, Fitness and Wellbeing and “Living Your Best Life”.
- *Take away an E-WorkBook
All too easily we travel through life on autopilot – especially when our life is filled with caring and supporting family, friends, being involved in organisations – our interests, sports, our kids in sport, work, business and just life in general.
These busy times often lead to us neglecting our own needs and not caring for ourselves and often too, we lose sight of our own being – we become so far removed from our own personality and purpose that we don’t recognise ourselves.
UNTIL…
we become ill, injured, we lose someone close, our kids grow up and move out of home, we have a break up with our partner, husband/wife, maybe we lose our job, we suddenly have a traumatic event.
Our life stops!
This finally stops us in our tracks and we are forced to take note of what is going on in our life!
We become “AWARE” that perhaps we have been neglecting our Health, Fitness and Wellbeing!
This is also true when we go through the seasons or stages in our life, natural changes that are unfamiliar to us, going through puberty, becoming a mother, peri and post menopause transitions and experiences that our unique body responds to!
The Great News is – our body is always healing and protecting the best way it can with what it has! It just needs our support and guidance to do it’s job better! It needs time, our love and commitment, to give it the best chance to do it’s job well. We need to have a better perspective and learn to understand it’s messages in the way of symptoms and such.
The best part is, we already know our body, we have lived our life story and health history, we just need to learn to trust our intuition and the messages that our body is sending, because they are all within us! We are all are unique humans – not one of us is the same because of the different environments we have lived. We need to find our own individual way to heal and support ourselves.
Becoming empowered as we learn and being patient as we certainly won’t see results straight away. Our Health today is the make up of years, it has not happened just overnight. With consistent regular effort, testing and measuring that serves and fits well with us – again in time, we will feel, be and have better positive outcomes for ourselves with long term and sustainable results.
